Faculty Profile-Dr. Henry Zerby
In 1999, Dr. Henry Zerby joined the faculty of the Department of Animal Sciences at The Ohio State University. He was a man on a mission-rejuvenate the Meat Science Program and Laboratory. The animal sciences meat science program, made great by faculty emeriti of the Department of Animal Sciences needed someone with the energy and drive to bring it back to life.
